Jennie Wiese
Jennie has been a massage therapist and health educator since 1998. She has worked in a wide variety of settings, including as a massage therapy instructor. Her services include Somatic Experiencing, Ayurvedic therapies, coaching, Raindrop Therapy, Reiki, lymphatic dry brushing, and sound healing in addition to massage. Her goal is to create a space to slow down and welcome the wisdom of our bodies. No matter what modality you choose, you can expect to work with the breath, body awareness, and mindful movement to cultivate a sense of wholeness and connection with your entire being. In her bodywork sessions, Jennie takes an integrative approach, tailoring each session to suit your specific needs. She will incorporate Mana Lomi (Hawaiian massage), myofacial release, trigger point therapy, and cupping. In her free time, Jennie loves to take walks with her dog and spend time in nature.
